Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates it. That company processes the request and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain a message sent to us when needed to respond. It remains within our organization unless a valid legal duty requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the server records limited technical information about that visit:
- The date and time of each page view
- Your device category and operating system
- The referring website, when one is supplied
- Your device's assigned IP address
- The pages viewed and approximate time spent
- Your browser type and version
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. They and analytics services help us understand aggregate traffic, popular pages, and where visits end. A browser can block cookies, although doing so may change how some website functions behave.
What We Do With This Data
- Diagnosing errors and other technical problems
- Routing a search request to the selected partner
- Maintaining performance and website availability
- Measuring which content is useful or needs revision
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Woodruff County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of dockets or personal case records. It publishes general directions to Search ARCourts, the Woodruff County Circuit Clerk, District Court clerks, and other official custodians. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or profiles about third parties.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted there is handled under that provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its retention and disclosure practices, so review those terms before running a search.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Arkansas court portals, clerk pages, legal-aid resources, or outside search tools. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy policy controls. Review it before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may use their own systems to follow activity across websites for targeted advertising.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be available to:
- Analytics providers measuring use and performance
- Search partners processing a submitted query
- Advertising networks serving ads on a page
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data
Standard safeguards are used for collected data. No Internet-connected service is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee that a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If such information is identified, a request may be made for its deletion.
Your Data Rights
Applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws may provide rights concerning personal data. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 and Arkansas FOIA, Ark. Code ยง25-19-101 and following, govern access to official public records in their respective settings, but they do not turn this private site into a court-record custodian. Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Ask for a copy of personal data we retain
- Opt out of processing where the law provides that choice
- Request deletion of personal information
Updates to This Policy
We may revise this privacy policy. A changed version will appear here with a new effective date, so visitors can review the current practices at any time.
Effective date: August 14, 2026
