McCrory Court Docket Searches
McCrory case information and docket entries open to the public through Search ARCourts. Type the full case or citation number first. No number? Search the participant fields instead. Narrow the results to Woodruff County and the McCrory court location whenever those filters appear.
- Read the court name and number from the citation or notice.
- Search the exact number in Search ARCourts.
- Check that the result names the McCrory department.
- Read the newest docket entries and any future event.
- Call McCrory court staff if no result or document appears.
- Ask for a copy quote when an official record is needed.
A portal result is not a certified McCrory court record. Results can also be missing for innocent reasons: slow indexing, an older paper file, the wrong court level, or a lawful access limit. When the portal leaves doubt, court staff are the fallback.
McCrory Uses Two Buildings
McCrory holds court sessions at the Richard and Velma Chappell Civic Center, 103 N. Edmonds Avenue. The court office and payment counter sit elsewhere. They stay at McCrory City Hall, 109 N. Jackson Street, with mail going to P.O. Box 897, McCrory, AR 72101.
That split matters. Anyone attending a hearing should confirm the civic-center setting first. Routine office questions and counter payments belong at City Hall. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The city number is 870-731-2421.
| McCrory place | Function | Address |
|---|---|---|
| Chappell Civic Center | Court sessions | 103 N. Edmonds Avenue |
| McCrory City Hall | Court office and payments | 109 N. Jackson Street |
| Mail channel | Checks, money orders, or clerk correspondence as directed | P.O. Box 897 |
Inside the McCrory Municipal Court
McCrory functions as a separate department of Woodruff County District Court. Its docket covers city and district traffic. It also covers misdemeanors, civil matters within limited jurisdiction, and small claims. Felony, general civil, domestic-relations, probate, and juvenile cases stay with the Woodruff County Circuit Court. The Arkansas Judiciary's description of District Court structure sets out the statewide jurisdiction framework. That framework governs these divisions.

McCrory's own schedule and office instructions supply the local detail. Follow the department printed on your notice rather than assuming every Woodruff County lower-court matter goes through Augusta.
Two McCrory Court Phone Numbers
Two official phone numbers serve the McCrory court. The city publishes 870-731-2421 for the office and payment counter. The Arkansas Judiciary directory separately lists 870-731-2041 with fax 870-731-5159. Keep both numbers handy rather than discarding either one.
Best practice: Use the city line for current session, office, and payment instructions. Use the Judiciary line for District Court record routing, and confirm if transferred.
When you call, say what you need. Is it a docket entry, a court date, a payment, a mailed record request, or a certified copy? Give only the public case or citation number that identifies the matter.
Finding McCrory Court Dates
McCrory's current city page schedules court for the first Tuesday of each month at 1:30 p.m. An older administrative plan lists 1:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday and adds Thursday language. Treat the newer local schedule as controlling, but a case-specific notice or later order always wins.
| Date | The date on the latest citation, notice, or docket entry. |
|---|---|
| Time | Current city schedule says 1:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday. |
| Location | Chappell Civic Center for sessions, unless court staff says otherwise. |
| Setting Type | Traffic, misdemeanor, limited civil, small claims, or another listed event. |
| Confirmation | Call the McCrory office because a reset may supersede the recurring plan. |
Search ARCourts can hold both an old date and a new one for the same case. Scan for a later continuance, reset, order, or notice. Before appearing, ask staff for the live time, building, and purpose.
McCrory First-Tuesday Court Records
The first-Tuesday pattern is a calendar clue, nothing more. It is not a case list, and it reveals nothing about call order. A McCrory court record should rest on real sources. Use the individual citation, the case events, and the latest notice.
Set the newest filed notice beside the latest Search ARCourts event. If the time or site differs, call McCrory court staff. Ask whether a later order changed the setting. Ask whether you must appear, and whether the civic center still hosts hearings. The clerk office at City Hall is not automatically the courtroom.
Rule 8 first appearances may run through remote functions described in the district plan. Those early criminal proceedings cover rights, counsel, and release questions. Connection details must come from the court itself, never from a generic calendar note.
Note: A monthly pattern helps identify the right court. Only the latest case-specific record confirms attendance duties.
McCrory Traffic Ticket Lookups
The citation itself names the court and gives the first court date. Search ARCourts adds public case events. McCrory's separate MyFinePayment link searches payment data. It does not show the full docket or filed documents, though.
Paying can act as a guilty or no-contest plea. It may also waive an appearance or trial. Anyone planning to contest should call the McCrory office before paying. The local office publishes no deferred-disposition terms, driving-course rules, fine schedules, certified-copy prices, or failure-to-appear fees.
McCrory Payment Search Fields
MyFinePayment asks for two of three values: last name, date of birth, or citation number. A notice on the site says data usually uploads within ten days of the court date. A match is not guaranteed, and responsibility for the case stays with you.
| Field | Rule | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Last Name | Two of three | Use legal spelling |
| Date of Birth | Two of three | Pair with name or citation |
| Citation Number | Two of three | Copy it exactly |
| Search | Action | Starts the payment lookup |
The notification form asks for name, birth date, and email, with optional case and phone fields. If no notice arrives within one week after court, the vendor says to call 877-591-8768. Court deadlines still apply regardless.
McCrory Court Records and Payment
Two different tools serve two different jobs. Search ARCourts is the state's public case portal, and it shows case information plus docket activity for McCrory matters. MyFinePayment, the city-linked vendor, handles payable fine data instead. Paying through that screen is not the same thing as a clerk-certified disposition, so do not treat it as one.
Mail works too. Send a check or money order to P.O. Box 897. City Hall takes cash, check, or money order at the counter. Get the amount and citation details straight before any funds go out.
What if the vendor has no ticket on file? Do not assume the case or its deadline vanished. Search the public case portal, read the citation, and call the McCrory office. The vendor says uploads may happen within ten days of the court date, but a match is never promised. A missed vendor result does not lift the duty to respond to the court.
For wider context, the Arkansas court statistics tool lets you filter state and county caseload figures, and it does not break out a McCrory-only annual count.

That screen is an official lookup for statewide court volume. It is not a McCrory payment page or a case-detail view.
How McCrory Cases Reach the County
McCrory District Court handles the city's lower-level traffic, misdemeanor, limited civil, and small-claims matters. Felony, major civil, domestic, probate, and juvenile files sit at Circuit Court in Augusta instead. An appeal from District Court opens another layer, a fresh case at Circuit Court.
Docket flow: McCrory District Court › Woodruff County Circuit Court › Arkansas appellate courts
The arrows mark possible review, not a route every case must travel. When the case type points to Circuit Court, run the Woodruff County docket search. The Circuit Clerk, at 870-347-2391, can pull a file or issue a certified copy.
McCrory Traffic and Circuit Records
One city, two dockets. A traffic citation and a felony case can both start in McCrory. Yet the traffic or misdemeanor file stays with McCrory District Court. Felony and general Circuit files go to the Circuit Clerk at 500 North Third Street in Augusta. If the first court does not hold the document you need, search both levels.
A docket screen and a certified case record are different animals. The screen is just an index of public events. The order, judgment, or disposition is the filed record behind an entry. When the portal does not link it, hand the clerk the event name and date. McCrory has not published current plain-copy or certification prices. So ask about the charge and accepted payment before mailing any request.
| McCrory matter | Filing court | Custodian |
|---|---|---|
| Traffic or ordinance | McCrory District Court | District Court clerk |
| Misdemeanor | McCrory District Court | District Court clerk |
| Limited civil or small claims | McCrory District Court | District Court clerk |
| Felony or major civil | Woodruff County Circuit Court | Circuit Clerk |
The countywide Woodruff traffic court record resource covers the separate court-file and driver-file routes.
Who Can See McCrory Court Records
Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs access to McCrory court records. Public docket entries and eligible documents can appear through Search ARCourts. Protected identifiers, sealed or expunged case information, juvenile records, adoption material, and other confidential content may be withheld or redacted.
Key rules:
Administrative Order 19 controls access to Arkansas court records and protected fields.
Ark. Code § 9-27-309 addresses closed juvenile and adoption records.
Ark. Code §§ 16-90-1401 et seq. supplies the qualifying criminal-record sealing process.
When a McCrory court record is not public online, ask the clerk what options remain. A redacted version, counter inspection, or authorized-party process may exist. A portal miss alone proves nothing about whether a case exists.
McCrory Record Request Checklist
A strong McCrory request starts with the right details. Name the court level, the full McCrory case number, the public caption, the document title, and the event date. Tell the McCrory clerk whether you need a plain or certified record. Before mailing anything, ask the office about cost, accepted payment, postage, and turnaround. For an older McCrory case, ask about storage. Paper files, an archive, or a legacy index may hold the record.
Keep sensitive identifiers out of unsecured email. Start with the McCrory citation or public case number as your first search key. When those public facts do not locate the record, ask the McCrory office. The office can say which safe channel to use. A request that belongs to Circuit Court stays there no matter where it started. Route that McCrory-related Circuit file to the Circuit Clerk in Augusta.
McCrory court staff can also confirm the right stop: City Hall or the civic center. A record question goes to the office. A hearing usually lands at the civic center instead.
